This Privacy Policy explains how NAM Info Inc., together with our affiliated offices in the United States, India, and Canada (collectively, “NAM Info,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit nam-info.com or any other NAM Info website that links to this Privacy Policy (together, the “Site”), submit an inquiry, apply for a job with us, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
This Privacy Policy covers our corporate website and the inquiries, marketing, and recruiting activity conducted through it. If your organization is a client using Inferyx or another NAM Info product or service under a signed agreement, our handling of the data you submit through that product is instead governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, or other contract between us.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Contact and inquiry forms: your first and last name, business email address, business name, area of interest, and any message you send us.
- Requests for guides, checklists, webinars, or similar resources: your name, business email, and company.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, resume/CV, work history, skills, and any other information you choose to submit, whether through an online form or by email to our recruiting team.
- Any other information you choose to share with us by email, phone, at events, or otherwise.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Site and to understand how visitors use it.
1.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Essential cookies required for the Site to function;
- Analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, that help us understand traffic and how the Site is used; and
- Advertising and remarketing cookies that may be used to show you relevant ads on other websites and measure how they perform.

2. How We Use Your Information

- Respond to your inquiries and share information about our solutions, including enterprise data management, ERP, AI-integrated communication, engineering talent and staffing, legacy modernization, quality assurance and DevOps, application services, and digital transformation;
- Evaluate job applications and manage recruiting
- Send newsletters, event invitations, and marketing communications, where permitted;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Analyse usage and trends
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, and abuse; and
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where required by law, such as for visitors in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, the performance of a contract, or compliance with a legal obligation, as the basis for processing.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

- Our affiliated offices in the United States, India, and Canada, for the purposes described in this Policy;

4. Marketing Communications and Your Choices
Every marketing email from us includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing privacy@nam-info.com. We honor opt-out requests consistent with applicable law, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Opting out of marketing will not affect messages related to an active job application or business relationship.
5. International Data Transfers
Because we operate in the United States, India, and Canada, the information we collect may be stored and processed in any of these countries, which may have data protection laws different from those of your own country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for these transfers.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to ful-fill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining our business relationship with you, responding to your inquiries, meeting our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolving disputes. We generally retain job application materials for a limited period following a hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a longer period is required by law.
7. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights
8.1 All Users
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask how we use and share it, by emailing privacy@nam-info.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.
8.2 European Economic Area and United Kingdom
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8.3 California and Other U.S. State Residents
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to access or obtain a copy of it, to correct inaccurate information, to delete it, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell personal information for money. The advertising cookies described in Section 1.3 may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under some state laws; you can opt out through your cookie or ad preferences or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
8.4 India
If you are located in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to have your grievances addressed. 8.5 Canada
If you are located in Canada, you have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act to access and request correction of your personal information, and to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9. Job Applicants and Careers
When you apply for a role at NAM Info, we use the information in your application, such as your resume, work history, and contact details, to evaluate your candidacy, communicate with you about the role, and, where permitted, conduct reference or background checks. If you are hired, we use this information to begin your employment records. Application information may be shared among our hiring teams across our U.S., India, and Canada offices, and with third parties who assist with recruiting, such as background-check providers. Where a NAM Info employee refers a candidate who is hired, we may also use limited information to process any applicable referral award.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the applicable minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, including individuals under 18 in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and, if changes are material, provide additional notice, such as a notice on our home page.
