Workday Integrations Developer:
Workday Integration Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end small to large implementations or support of Workday integrations.
This individual has qualities to be part of a team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team and the Lead.
This person should be able to own one or more integrations to design develop and deliver.
Integration Consultant/Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM/ Finance
5 Years Workday experience, of which 2 years spent in handling Workday Studio integrations from Architect phase to Deploy phase.
Expert-level experience in designing complex integrations.
Minimum 10 years of programming/development experience preferred
Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR (HCM) and Finance
Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:
At least 8-10 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
Production Support for integrations – Jobs’ scheduling, monitoring, and break fixes
Experience in development of complex Workday reports – Advanced, Matrix/ Composite
3-4 BIRT layouts design and build
General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
Good understanding of Workday security
Use of at least third party integration framework is preferred
Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
Desired: Workday Certification in Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation/ Adaptive Planning
