About the Role:
We are looking for experienced US IT Technical Recruiters who can lead end-to-end hiring for our direct clients and prime vendors. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing, negotiation, and client coordination skills — along with a deep understanding of the US recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment, working closely with direct clients and prime vendors.
- Must have experience in working with US Citizen as a reporting manager.
- Source and screen candidates for diverse IT requirements.
- Handle various visa types – H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT/CPT, TN Visa, etc.
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099) and experience with MSP/VMS environments.
- Source candidates via job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Negotiate salaries and pay rates for contract and full-time roles.
- Ensure smooth client coordination and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
